Mammut Wall Sandwich Panels

Sandwich panel consists of two metal sheets (typically Galvanized, Aluzinc or aluminum) with a core of insulating foam. This foam, which is usually of polyurethane, has a strong adhesion to panel upper and lower sheets due to 7 microns primer applied on bonding side of each sheet. Insulating foam is of rock wool, polystyrene or polyurethane but standard panels are mainly from polyurethane. The main advantages of polyurethane foams are: light weight, excellent heat insulation, high fire resistance (slow burning / refractory), which all affect the price in for different applications.

Mammut Wall Sandwich Panel Quality

MAMMUT sandwich panel is made of polyurethane foam with a density of 40±2 kg/m3 and Aluzinc sheet. MAMMUT is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of this product in the region, including Turkmenistan, Iraq, Tajikistan and United Arab Emirates. MAMMUT specific panel features are: excellent insulation (sound, heat), high load capacity, light weight, excellent fire resistance and complying with health & environment requirements.

This kind of MAMMUT sandwich panels are 4 to 6 cm thick and are mainly used as walls in workshops, offices and buildings as well as indoor partitions.
It is comprised of insulated polyurethane foam with a density of 40 kg/m3 injected between double-sided sheet metals in different configurations.(two sides of Aluzinc, two sides of galvanized sheets and one side Aluzinc/one side galvanized sheet. The strength of the product is increased into an optimum level because of a groove both surfaces.
This product is designed so that they overlap each other while installation and is fixed to the structure in various situations using screws. (as shown below)

Structural Performance of Wall Sandwich Panel:
Sandwich panels used in walls are exposed to wind pressure so that the amount of this pressure as well as installation distances must be determined prior to design. Additionally one should be familiar with the form coefficients of the building exposed to local and general pressures and comply with concerning regulations.
