Scania P Series

Scania P Series

The P-cab is the optimum cab for distribution and construction duties. It has a low boarding step that makes it easy to enter and exit the cab, and is accordingly suitable for transport applications with a lot of stops. The P-cab is available in five different lengths. With its low boarding step the P-cab is suitable for both construction and distribution. The improvements to the R-series are replicated in the P-series. The frame, air suspension, brakes and steering gear are lighter allowing greater payloads.

Scania P Series Standard Equipment

The power train is well known for being very robust and reliable. The brake system has been improved with next generation EBS that has more responsive ABS. The driver can link the exhaust brake and retarder to the brake pedal. This provides an integrated system in which all brake functions are controlled with the pedal. Weight-savings and refined chassis design mean greater payloads and better fuel economy. The time required for maintenance has been reduced by making components more accessible and extending the service intervals.
